“Very good customer care throughout, especially Sarah who pulled my attention to something I missed. Professional delivery guys who knew what they were doing and called me 15 minutes before delivery. Finished product is superb and I couldn’t be happier. Very professional customer service, and beautiful well made sofa, I’m very happy. Thank you all Alex McHardy”

“We bought previously from designer sofas 4 u and because of the exceptional quality products and excellent exuberant customer service and careful packaging and delivery service we decided to revamp our living room and we had the Claremont 3 seater and decided to rejigg our wing back armchairs again from designer sofas 4u in amethyst and now my mum absolutely loves her new armchair and loved connecting with the helpful friendly delivery guys xx they phoned to check and turned up promptly which is great so you know how to juggle rest of your day 10 out of 10 xx”

“5 Star Service! Designer Sofas 4U had such a fantastic range of items, at excellent prices that we were spoiled for choice. When we did make our choice, the website was easy to navigate, the process was simple, and the delivery was quick and easy. Customer service was fantastic. “Had lots of phone/online chat contact with designer sofas 4u trying to get swatches. Placed 4-5 orders for swatches over 6 weeks and they didn't arrive. I persevered and eventually received a couple. Decision was made based on one of the swatches. Paid via PayPal so felt secure. My 2 queen Anne wingback arms chairs arrived well ahead of expected delivery date with enough contact from the company to let me know what date /approximate time they would turn up. I'm delighted with my beautifully made chairs and glad I persevered through my frustrations when trying to obtain swatches. Well done to Designer Sofas 4u for creating such gorgeous furniture at a reasonable price.”

“I was looking to purchase a Chesterfield Sofa. I had a specific shape in mind and I have wanted one for many years. I had a few companies in mind and after several emails with Designersofas4u I decided to go ahead. The first thing I noticed was the price and it's a whole lot of value for money. There were lots of payment options available and I decided to pay 50% upfront and then 50% just before delivery. As I wanted a bespoke design the sofa was built for me taking approximately 6 weeks. A 3+1 in antique tan. Throughout the process I have to say the customer service was excellent. The delivery as smooth as it could possibly be. I received an email the day before with expected delivery between 10am and 13:00pm and a text message 45 minutes before delivery. Within 15 minutes of arrival the delivery men had the sofa set up in my living room and we're gone. I haven't had a chance to try the sofa to see how comfortable it is yet but all I can say is I will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you”

“Absolutely love my suit I got from designer sofas 4 u. They arrived exactly when I was told they would. And the quality is amazing, I get alot of complements when people come to visit my house, and they are very durable! Would 100% recommend this company, they are with you every step of the way, and how can anyone argue with the price. BRILLIANT”
