“Called in at their showrooms and was very impressed with the variety and quality of the furniture. We wanted two armchairs. Staff very helpful and informative. Approximate delivery date was given. We received phone calls and emails letting us know exact date and time for delivery. Delivered on time August 2024. Absolutely thrilled with the chairs and would recommend a visit to their showrooms.”

“We were given a swatch so that we could achieve an exact match for what we wanted. The swatch was perfect and the 2 chairs arrived promptly as promised. They are absolutely beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the very high quality. Communication with DesignerSofas has been excellent throughout and we have been kept fully informed of our order progress, right up to delivery into our nominated forwarder. I really cannot recommend this company too highly, a real pleasure to do business with, and marvellous service from charming staff. Very many thanks”

“I purchased a 3 + 2 chesterfield sofa suite and I'm so pleased with the product. Very good quality and superb value for money I would say. I'd definitely buy again from them if I were in the position to do so. The only against I would say is to receive one message saying "Tomorrow you'll have your sofas at home!" whilst no communication was received since I placed the order and their web-page do not show any updates "your order is in progress". Some people might not be ready if they're replacing and old sofa which needs disposal”

“Wow lovely piece of furniture - thank you. Chose the chair style and all the options were easy to pick, from colour of the leather, the firmness all the way down to colour of the studs. “We purchased one chesterfield sofa during their sale. Very happy with the quality (and price) we purchased a further two chesterfield sofas a few weeks later. Delivery was excellent on both occasions. We spend a considerable time on them and they are very comfortable (time will tell). The cleaner/protector package did not arrive with the delivery. Apparently tihs is sent seperately, which we had to follow up but Customer Service were very apologeitc and we received this a few days later.”
