“Delighted with the quality and finish of the Italian Leather Suite we purchased. Kept up to date with expected delivery date and notified by delivery people 20 minutes before they arrived. Very nice and accommodating young men. Would definitely buy from Designer Sofas 4U again”

“Was a bit worried about some of the reviews but got to say my order was delivered by 2 very friendly drivers who knew what they where doing to get my two oxblood chesterfields in the house. There is a smell to them like some of the reviews say , it’s leather. The quality of the sofas far outways the low price payed. Really good quality and they look bloody great. There was a 4 week wait time from order to delivery and there was no contact from company , I rang them the last day before 4 weeks was up and they said it would be here next day .....and it was. So I will definatly use these again and i now trust them highly. If I had one criticism and it’s a small one it would be a email or call to inform us how order is progressing would be nice. But like I said the quality is better then expected and delivered in the time frame said. Well done and thank you”

“Genuinely Recommended and pleasantly surprised.... I ordered two Tan Leather Chesterfield sofas online without having seen them in person first so I was really nervous about the quality. The sofas are excellent quality and we're really happy with them. The leather is soft and well fitted and the framework feels solid. We opted for the 0% finance route (provided by Close Brothers, whom we have used previously) which was really easy with all the documents being e-signed. All really easy and professional. There was a mix up where our order went missing between paperwork & manufacture so the 4 week delivery slot was missed and initially I was disappointed with the Customer Service. However, after speaking to the accounts department the issue was corrected immediately and delivery was arranged within 2 weeks. DS4U made a good will gesture which was appreciated. In total we waited 8 weeks but we are happy we stuck with the order. The delivery guys were really pleasant & helpful too which is always nice to see. Thanks guys, much appreciated.”

“Easy to buy, was contacted right away to talk through finances, super easy and when it came to delivery the men even carried the sofa up 6 flights of stairs for me. Sofa is amazinggg super comfy for a chesterfield and exactly as displayed on website”

“Great service from Order to Delivery the team went out of their way to ensure I had made the right purchase, especially Becky who managed my queries at point of pre and post purchase. Delivery was confirmed and swift, again with the drivers staying for a full confirmation of approval before leaving. Quality products for both of my purchases Thank you.”

“Everything as described, they even managed to change my order for me (at my request) a few days after I placed it. Sofa looks great - can't comment on how long the sofa will last as this is the sort of thing you buy as a long term purchase but it looks solid. Would I use again - probably, no reservations. Would I recommend - quite likely Only criticism: too many to choose from on the website - makes it difficult to find what you are looking for and you can never know if you are getting the best deal.”
