“I had to contact customer services a couple of times and they handled my queries with a high level of professionalism. The sofa arrived in excellent condition and has been manufactured to a high standard. Very pleased with my purchase”

“Great Sofa. Looks amazing. Excellent quality. Initially nervous as buying it on line but saved so much money for same quality product as in big stores. Really quick delivery time and staff were so helpful.”

“Amazing choice and amazing value, we knew what style of sofa we wanted (chesterfield) and couldn’t find a sofa dealership that did what we wanted at a reasonable price! We were over the moon with not only the choice in range but also the set discounts ! We couldn’t say no! The various payment options were also greatly appreciated- although we paid in full we did think about which to do first! We were then given a lead time of approx 4-5 weeks, which they then beat in great time! And allowed me to collect very soon after (they told me Friday, I collected Monday!) and it’s the best sofa I’ve ever purchased. Once we need another I will be sure to return”

“Everything went smoothly. I was told when to expect delivery, I received a more detailed date nearer the time & then a 3 hour time slot. I was contacted by the delivery men within that slot to say they'd be here in 30 mins & they were. They were very good at getting my sofa into a 2nd floor flat & knew the product well. I love the sofa, it's completely gorgeous.”

“Absolutely love our chairs!! They look fantastic I the lounge, even better than we’d hoped! Al the staff were really lovely too - helpful and friendly with a willingness to help that you dont tend to get these days! First class service. Would highly recommend! Tony & Chris Butland-Steed”
