“Ordered chesterfield sofa and 2 chairs. Lead time was longer than indicated on website but once made, delivery was fast and efficient. The furniture is good value for the price, and really comfy!”

“Purchased a high back winged chair for my mother through their online site , order confirmation was instant followed up by a courtesy call confirming expected delivery date. The goods where delivered as stated and in perfect condition. Perfect first class service delivering quality products , I have already recommended the company to friends . Very happy shopper x”

“We all know about the scam websites that sell goods at prices that are too good to be true and never deliver. So I approached sofas4u with a bit of sceptisism but was convinced by my partner to order. I couldnt have been more wrong. Excellent service and quality sofas at a fraction of the prices of high street chains. Sofas now 2 years old and still looking fantastic despite the wear and tear of two teenagers. If you have any worries about buying from designersofas4u please dont. Best purchase i ever made.”

“Great choice, very pleased with armchair. Seems expensive even with 50% off. Fairly quick and delivered exactly when arranged. Staff all seem down. I would recommend a pay rise for all, an away day at alton towers perhaps, and more recognition for all.”

“The true review of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. I had my sofa delivered with a tiny flaw in one of the cushions. One call, one email with a picture and it was sorted! No arguing, no debate. Just an apology and a promise of a replacement cushion. Worth also noting that the ordering and delivery was also a pleasure. Drivers delivered on what was the hottest day of the year and were friendly and polite (despite lifting the sofa up to my first floor flat). Would recomend these guys to anyone (and sofa looks great and third of other chesterfields i looked at)”

“Amazing choice and amazing value, we knew what style of sofa we wanted (chesterfield) and couldn’t find a sofa dealership that did what we wanted at a reasonable price! We were over the moon with not only the choice in range but also the set discounts ! We couldn’t say no! The various payment options were also greatly appreciated- although we paid in full we did think about which to do first! We were then given a lead time of approx 4-5 weeks, which they then beat in great time! And allowed me to collect very soon after (they told me Friday, I collected Monday!) and it’s the best sofa I’ve ever purchased. Once we need another I will be sure to return”
