“I bought a sofa bed from this Designersofas4u. During the whole process, from purchasing to delivery, the staff was very nice, professional and available to help fixing every issue. The sofa is very beautiful, identical to the pictures on the website. However, I found it being not very comfortable: the cushions are too soft and flexible and, when sitting, the sensation is almost to "sink" into the sofa. I asked for the medium consistency of the sofa's padding, but it is anyway too soft, with no rigid support structure at the bottom of the cushions. I also expected a bit thicker mattress, it is only a few centimetres (maybe 4), which does not help sleep. I will probably have to change it. All in all it is a wonderful sofa, but the overall quality could be improved.”

“I took delivery of my second Chesterfield sofa from you this weekend. I was extremely impressed with the excellent quality product, the order update and delivery phone calls received and the delivery itself. I ended up with two sofas for less than the price of one I saw at a national retailer which although leather on the front, was vinyl on the sides and back! Thank you very much for the excellent product and service.”

“Love it, got the firm cushion(very firm). Colour etc as expected. Only faults, seat cushion is one sided only so cannot flip it and delivery charges could be cheaper, all in all though seat is well worth the money spent. Would buy again”

“The leather of the sofa was good but the beading was a strip of shiny gold that did not look high quality. However your excellent customer services person Kim Gentry was quick to sort things out and we are now delighted with the individual dark beading. And Kim even refunded our delivery charge without me asking.”

“The communications were totally efficient; delivery was as advised; the delivery guys called as promised and delivered on time; advising day and there hour delivery slot was very helpful. And finally; the sofa is absolutely fabulous”

“Really great service. Ordered my Chesterfield armchair, which had to be hand made in antique Green. Had a phone call a couple of weeks before it was due to be delivered asking if the slot was suitable. I was emailed that day to confirm the date. I was then phoned the day before delivery giving a three hour window. This was followed up with an email and then a further call when the delivery was 45 minutes away. The staff were exceedingly efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. As for the chair - it's very well made, was delivered well covered to protect my walls and the delivery drivers took it up to my flat on the first floor. Top company, highly recommended.”
