“Really impressed! Good communication throughout, delivered bang on time. Both of my Ox Blood leather sofas are BEAUTIFUL! Just one small reservation - the phone sales staff didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the products and their telephone manner wasn't great but after I'd placed my order the service was first class!”

“Designersofas4U have an easy website to look through. If you have any queries there is always someone polite and friendly on hand to help. Once you have ordered, you don't necessary hear anything for a week or two which can be a little worrying when spending a lot of money but you get emails and can log on to your account to see your order status. Once your order is ready they send an text and you call to acknowledge, then they call you the day before delivery to tell you the time the delivery will be made within a 3 hour slot. Easy, reliable and will definitely use again”

“I am impressed with this company for not only delivering my order before the exoected date but specially with their customers department. Following a mix up of my order, a lady named Lindsey-Jo ensured that my query was dealth with and sent promote emails until everything was sorted put to my satisfaction. Hence my review of 4. I would recommend this company based on the service and order received.”

“I love my sofa and ottoman so much, the craftsmanship is superb. Every time I had contact with designer sofas 4 u, the staff were helpful and polite. “I ordered a beautiful wing back chair in December as a Christmas present to myself and my living room. I emailed asking if I could pick up the chair when I was off work and that was no problem - they called me about it straight away and organised a date. I then had problems hiring a van (I'm too young) so I rang back about delivery. They then worked so hard for me to get a delivery day when I was still off work. The delivery drivers brought my chair up one flight of stairs and into place. They were also very polite. The chair is gorgeous and of super high quality. It adds a spot of luxury and comfort to my bay window.”

“Delivery options are limited. You can't choose a time slot and if you want Saturday delivery, the answer is 'maybe'. So, if you're a working person/couple, you/05/have to factor the cost of a day off into the price. However, in terms of the product itself, superb quality for the price. No hesitations whatsoever recommending on that front.”

“Ordered two era sofas, was unable to decide at first as this was a big decision and the choice was overwhelming. Customer service was brilliant, I took my time, and received two beautiful sofas. They look stunning. Delivery drivers were very professional, and courteous. I would reccomend designersofas4u to anyone who wants, design,quality and good service .”

“I purchased a 3 + 2 chesterfield sofa suite and I'm so pleased with the product. Very good quality and superb value for money I would say. I'd definitely buy again from them if I were in the position to do so. The only against I would say is to receive one message saying "Tomorrow you'll have your sofas at home!" whilst no communication was received since I placed the order and their web-page do not show any updates "your order is in progress". Some people might not be ready if they're replacing and old sofa which needs disposal”

“Bought the 3 seater chesterfield sofa, Queen Anne chair and footstool in antique tan. Very classy, beautiful suite. Good value for money. Free swatch samples sent before ordering to help with colour choice. The only reason why I haven't given a 5 star rating is because it took longer to deliver than originally thought. I would recommend it.”
