“The leather of the sofa was good but the beading was a strip of shiny gold that did not look high quality. However your excellent customer services person Kim Gentry was quick to sort things out and we are now delighted with the individual dark beading. And Kim even refunded our delivery charge without me asking.”

“The communications were totally efficient; delivery was as advised; the delivery guys called as promised and delivered on time; advising day and there hour delivery slot was very helpful. And finally; the sofa is absolutely fabulous”

“Really great service. Ordered my Chesterfield armchair, which had to be hand made in antique Green. Had a phone call a couple of weeks before it was due to be delivered asking if the slot was suitable. I was emailed that day to confirm the date. I was then phoned the day before delivery giving a three hour window. This was followed up with an email and then a further call when the delivery was 45 minutes away. The staff were exceedingly efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. As for the chair - it's very well made, was delivered well covered to protect my walls and the delivery drivers took it up to my flat on the first floor. Top company, highly recommended.”

“Really impressed! Good communication throughout, delivered bang on time. Both of my Ox Blood leather sofas are BEAUTIFUL! Just one small reservation - the phone sales staff didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the products and their telephone manner wasn't great but after I'd placed my order the service was first class!”

“Designersofas4U have an easy website to look through. If you have any queries there is always someone polite and friendly on hand to help. Once you have ordered, you don't necessary hear anything for a week or two which can be a little worrying when spending a lot of money but you get emails and can log on to your account to see your order status. Once your order is ready they send an text and you call to acknowledge, then they call you the day before delivery to tell you the time the delivery will be made within a 3 hour slot. Easy, reliable and will definitely use again”

“I am impressed with this company for not only delivering my order before the exoected date but specially with their customers department. Following a mix up of my order, a lady named Lindsey-Jo ensured that my query was dealth with and sent promote emails until everything was sorted put to my satisfaction. Hence my review of 4. I would recommend this company based on the service and order received.”

“I ordered a beautiful wing back chair in December as a Christmas present to myself and my living room. I emailed asking if I could pick up the chair when I was off work and that was no problem - they called me about it straight away and organised a date. I then had problems hiring a van (I'm too young) so I rang back about delivery. They then worked so hard for me to get a delivery day when I was still off work. The delivery drivers brought my chair up one flight of stairs and into place. They were also very polite. The chair is gorgeous and of super high quality. It adds a spot of luxury and comfort to my bay window.”
