They also followed up with me to ensure I received the replacement and that I had no issues with it. “This desk was easy to put together and a great value. I’m very happy with it. I was able to find some casters and use those instead of the pads that came with it, so I can roll the desk around easily to clean the floor or rearrange the space. This is important for me as a single person to not have to worry about straining my back or calling for help anytime I need to move stuff. I got the bamboo top and it’s beautiful, and I love the green frame. It’s very muted.
I have a dual monitor set up with an arm mount and with the thinner profile of the desk, I did have to use a 2x4 as a spacer for my mount to work, but seems to be working fine. Only problem is with the spacer I can’t really install the cable trays, so will likely be returning those. I also purchased the magnetic cable holder and will be using that.
Wonderful product and will buy from this brand in the future! I love that I was able to make some slight modifications to work with my existing equipment and space.”

“FedEx lost half of my desk in-transit and when I contacted them, they didn't even respond. So, I contacted Desktronic, and they immediately responded and sent me a replacement that was delivered in only two days. They were very helpful, and the desk has been great! “I love my new desk. I put it together yesterday to replace a cheap desk purchase a few years ago. This desk is clearly substantial and well built. The motors raise the desk very quickly and smooth. The desk top is beautiful. The desk was fairly easy to put together. While the instructions were a bit confusing, a little review of the online video and careful examination made it fairly easy to put together. I highly recommend the desk.”

“This chair is in my home office which doubles for TV/movie viewing. For me the best features are the headrest and the separation of the seat cushion from the seat back. Less expensive desk chairs treat the seat and back as one piece so as I lean back, the seat would come up against the backs of my legs. This chair allows me to lean back while the seat remains parallel to the floor - in addition, the seat can extend out for those with long legs or move in for those with short legs. I looked for many months and it seems that this chair was a good value for its features and construction. I hope that I don't begin hearing noises that would indicate poor quality. So far I'm impressed.”
