“Well made power tools with good 3 year warranty supporting the bits I purchased. Had an issue with a switch On an SDS drill and they fixed it and shipped it back to me within 2 weeks. Other than that, never had a problem with any of the other tools by DeWalt. Would definitely recommend this company if you want reliability.”
“Virtually all of my cordless power tolls are dewalt and for good reason, I have a dewalt kit I bought in 1998 ( torch, drill, circular saw, jig saw and aligator saw), among other newer technogies.
I changed the batteries in 2011 ( yes you are reading correctly) and the charger in 2015. I use them porfessionally and ALL are still working today! Can't say fairer than that!”

“Contacting Dewalt in the UK... well they don't want you to contact them... Their website offers no easy way of contacting them at all and customer service is equally absent. They give the pretence of big brand professional quality, but stay clear, which is a problem if like me you've already started to use their cordless tools because you're tied in for sometime - years! :< Go for cheaper brands that offer CS - try screwfix own brands because if the quality is not there then they tend to have good CS or go top brands, but next time I'm going to try out their CS ( how easy is it to contact them, when you do what sort of response do they give to warrantee issues etc) before I start my next cordless journey. I'm bitterly disappointed with Dewalt - tucked-up.”
