I went and purchased a DeWalt 20 v PEX crimper,DWAPXCIR ,drove 60 miles to get it and put it on my 1/4 drive impact and it would not work,so I read the instructions and took it apart and found the screw was stripped in the metal block,took it back and the store had a hard time believing me,the crimper looks great but now I don't know,all I have are xr DeWalt and this is the first time I open a box and the tool will not work,is there a problem with this PEX crimper.

I have been waiting for 2 months for a battery replacement!! I’m in MN so summer is almost over and I am mowing my lawn in sections - still!! It will be at least the 3rd battery replacement. First Electric mower had to be replaced after using it 3 times. I gave it away😉 Power washer is a joke!! Can’t believe I switched to this brand and battery system!

Bought the DCF630B drywall gun.. warranty it 5 times constantly makes a high pitch squeal and auto function stays activated until I remove battery.. leaks grease and then was told from Canadian tire they arent meant for professional use and meant for home use.. that I'm misusing it only issue with that is I used it as intended for professional use Much rather the older model but they are discontinued sales in my area n online.. I literally first purchased this April 3rd.. today is May 3rd.. replaced it literally 5 times on one job . I do not recommend this drywall gun to my worst enemy.. will move to Milwaukee or mikita for professional grade equipment.

I still have warranty on my battery and the customer representative would not reply back to me for several days unless I open a new ticket request. He would merge the tickets and leave it open. I have sent several pictures and this customer is wasting my time and will not honor the warranty. I am very disappointed since this is a big company. His name is either Luis Estiven Marta montoya or Steve. Its funny how the platform send notifications when they merge new quest and representative dont response but open the file. Also he address that he was too occupied with other customers. I didn’t know that there is a scale to serve customer. To wrap this up, this is the most situating customer service I ever had to encounter

Bought a Dewalt compressor, it lasted for five months only. They refuse to refund for it. They just push you through to MAT Industries to find out what to do. MAT just gives you a number to call to find a Mr. Fix it guy, but the Mr. Fix it guy charges YOU, the customer, $95 just to look at it because MAT won't refund THEM. So you're constantly shoveling more money into a broken compressor under warranty instead of them picking up and replacing or reimbursing you. They try to find a "it's your fault it is broken" when it is THEIR defect. Their warranty is a scam, I'm not the only person this has happened to with their compressors. Compressors should last a long time, not just 5 months. I would not recommend "any" Dewalt products at all at this point. Over $800 down the drain thanks to DEWALT!!! 😡

Contacting Dewalt in the UK... well they don't want you to contact them... Their website offers no easy way of contacting them at all and customer service is equally absent. They give the pretence of big brand professional quality, but stay clear, which is a problem if like me you've already started to use their cordless tools because you're tied in for sometime - years! :< Go for cheaper brands that offer CS - try screwfix own brands because if the quality is not there then they tend to have good CS or go top brands, but next time I'm going to try out their CS ( how easy is it to contact them, when you do what sort of response do they give to warrantee issues etc) before I start my next cordless journey. I'm bitterly disappointed with Dewalt - tucked-up.
