“Unfortunately, this was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. On the day of the delivery, the courier noted "attempted delivery failed" at 3.30pm. He lied as my shop is open until 5 pm and I was there the whole day and he never walked into the store. I called the courier company that night and they reassured me it would be delivered to my business address the following day. The parcel was then taken to a local post office, not my business address as promised. Unfortunately due to this, I will never engage with a purchase from this company as the courier service they have selected to deliver their products is deceitful. As a company, you should disclose to your customer who the carrier (Couriers Please) is so they can choose as consumers if they will engage with you as a business. Very disappointing.”

“Hi, I would rate your service as very poor. As I explained to you your sizing is inconsistent and so I have no intention of using a gift card and taking pot luck with the size. I sent you a photo of 2 pairs of leggings both size M & it was plain to see they are vastly different. I asked for a refund and you sent me a gift card. It cost $10 for delivery & $10 to send back because of your error but you are unwilling to acknowledge it is your mistake. If you think I am unhappy you would be right. Janice Lees”

“Hi I am disappointed with my order the leggins are all shiny they didn't look like that in the photo. Then the day after I ordered you emailed that they were an extra 10% off! I spent $240 on shiny leggins that I can't take back because they were on sale.”

“Found the sizing not true to size, i buy a size 14 in all other brands with no issues. The large in your brand was very small fitting, i re-checked the label and the size guide and had ordered correctly. Have returned via mail and will use the credit note but alas will stick to what i know.”

“I’ve had a tough go finding Dharma gear that works after my first purchase. Unfortunately that means that I’m spending money on shipping both ways & several times :(. I wore my new top today and I’m afraid I won’t ever wear it again. The fabric is definitely not for anyone who perspires at all.”

“There is no customer service. I have emailed 3 times - no response. I have commenced numerous chat sessions with them and they do not respond. I have requested a contact number - still waiting to hear. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.”

“Avoid at all costs The company operates in contravention of Australian Consumer Law with regards to sale items. I requested a refund numerous times for ill fitting (not to small or too big) and the company only offering exchange or store credit. Obviously if it doesn’t fit your body why would you want more?! Have had to refer company to ACCC as a starting point to get what I’m legally entitled to. Avoid at all costs”
