"Bad experience, I decided to arrange via a locker as I thought it will be easier, however the driver came to the Locker and I received an email saying (Awaiting collection by the consignee), but then there was no PIN communicated to me. \r\nI had to call them next day, and they said that they had an issue that lockers had no more places, and the whole day they keep saying we are following up with no proper responses. \r\nNo one is even giving an effort to contact you for the issues they are facing, you just have to wait their mercy."
