there was an issue with delivery address and I tried calling customer service. The first number would ring and hang up. 2nd number got a voice mail and they would get back to me, left a V-mail. And sent an email. I looked all over your website to be able to correct the address and wasn't able to find a way. Tried to cancil and reorder, was not able too. I have yet to hear from any one about the problem. yet recieved this corrispondace from you. Hence in short your customer service sucks, I noticed that many of the additional questions are about delivery, which I have yet to recieve. hence another reason for your low rating :-(

The sensor after going through is startup and warmup indicated the sensor was failed. I emailed diabetic supplies to see if I could get a replacement and got no response. Do not recommend

For $128.00 all I recieved was one G7 sensor that didn't connect to my for was a solid waste. I am very disappointed in your company and pricing. Maybe I read the ad wrong but your company really got me.

I order $300 worth of supplies, and paid extra for fast delivery, that got lost in the mail. I sent the company several emails and tried to call them but nobody would get back to me. I was never reimbursed for the lost supplies.

Hi. I bought DEXCOM G7 / TRANSMITTER from you, I installed it on 04/17/24, from 04/21/24 to 04/23/24 it showed an error, since yesterday there is information about "START NEW SENSOR" I want to know how you can help me because I paid for something that doesn't work. Previously I was using Free Style Libre 2 but I found your system works better and I would like to use it. Can you send me a new one free of charge or refund my money so I can buy again. My dexcom G& sensor was broken when I recieveed it but I called Dexcom and luckily they were able to replace it.
