“We get my mother's diabetic supplies from here. She uses a Libre, following her stroke. It's the easiest way for her to test her blood sugars. However, we've had 2 of her Libres malfunction. I've contacted customer service and never got a reply. I know they don't manufacture them, but at least a response would be nice. We do appreciate the fast shipping and order delivery but bummed our support request was not addressed.”
