“Throught no fault of my own, I was in a dilemma over receiving my Dexcom sensors in a timely manner. Diabetic Supplies came through for me and immediately sent my order, which I received in the nick of time. However, I ordered three sensors; only one was received. Via email, I contacted Diabetic Supplies and received a reply within hours. They sent the remainder of my order with no further charges.”

“Service and help are good. I just don't understand how the sensors being 20 to 30 pts off is okay, especially when you are dealing with insulin and doctors tracking readings. That's a lot for a diabetic. At least that is what they tell us when we call.”
“I was very excited to find a place where I could purchase the sensors my husband's uses for such a good price. My only problem with the order is that I paid an extra charge for 2 day delivery and it took longer. I ordered on a Saturday so I figured it wouldn’t get processed until Monday and I thought I would receive it Wednesday. It didn’t come until Friday. However, I will use this company again when he needs an extra sensor. Now that I’ve found them I’ll order as soon as something happens and he has to change the sensor before the 10 day usage period.”
