“We had an excellent experience with Diamond Heaven in Cardiff. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable in their field. They helped us in choosing our purchase with giving a wide choice. We were also pleasantly surprised when our purchase arrived earlier than anticipated. Would definitely recommend this company to friend and family,”

“I searched several online suppliers of diamond engagement rings as I was looking for a very specific design of ring. There were a couple of options but without doubt the staff in the Cardiff branch of Diamond Heaven were by far the most helpful, professional and supportive in sourcing the exact ring l wanted for my fianceè to be. They found the perfect ring and in plenty of time to get it to me before my long weekend away when I had planned to propose. No other supplier came close to this level of service and support. I will definitely use Diamond Heaven to purchase the wedding rings next year. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“A big thank you to Diamond Heaven for the wonderful experience I had when choosing my ring. Before I’d even set foot in the store I’d had a fantastic experience online gaining all sorts of knowledge about the four c’s of Diamonds. I live in Northern Ireland and was heading over to Scotland for a break to see my family. So I made an appointment. I had my heart set on a trilogy ring but there were so many different styles that my head was spinning and that’s where Linda who works in the Glasgow store helped me choose the right one. Her patience and determination that I should find the right one for me was exemplary. I’m more than happy to recommend the quality of staff at Diamond Heaven to my friends and family. “I have to say the service we were given was outstanding a great education in helping find a suitable engagement ring for my fiancee We were a history on diamonds clarity style weight The lady name was Sue she was helpful from the moment we are arrived at shop in Birmingham To finding an engagement ring for My fiancee who was so happy with her engagement ring We had driven from London to Birmingham it was not a wasted trip We will be returning to order a wedding band Highly recommend thank you Sue”
