Avoid this company like the plague. My fiance found a ring she really liked so we made an appointment and drove 3 hours from our hometown to go view it. We arrived on time and were told the lady we were there to meet was upstairs getting the ring ready. After waiting 20 minutes she finally arrived via the front door. She then kept us waiting longer while she put her coat away just to tell us the ring had been sold. We were there at the time the shop opened, if it had been sold then it had been sold the day before and she just couldn't be bothered to let us know. She was unapologetic and rude, and quite frankly acted like we were beneath her. Honestly even if she had had the ring we wouldn't have bought it. I wouldn't give my money to an establishment that thinks that kind of behaviour and arrogant energy is acceptable. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere

Bought ring wrong color wrong cut. 30 daymoney back garuntee is a lie company refuses to pay customs cost to return it. Which they could have taken off the cost. Furthermore they charge 120 shipping fee and then stick you with the customs fee.

AVOID!! Do yourself a favour! Thank me later. I ordered a half channel diamond ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I request VS1 diamonds (no visible inclusions). I received the ring and certificate to that effect, yet after a few days my wife noticed dark shades in two of the diamonds, we took it to our local jewellers and they confirmed at least 3 of the diamonds were not VS1 grade, SI at best. Yet we had the certificate saying it was as originally spec’d. After speaking with Diamond heaven and sending the ring back for them to review, they confirmed they were not VS1 diamonds and offered to remake the ring. They say there must have been a mix up on dispatch. More like we spotted it! I believe most people wouldn’t have and they would have got away with sending a sub-par ring and pocketing the difference. They remade the ring – after a 4 week wait and send it back to us. We have now taken it to another jeweller to confirm it’s as the certificate and as per the purchase specification. We are awaiting results. So a nice gift and moment was spoilt by Diamond heaven! Who wants to get a ring, show people then have to send it back for a month to be remade. Also making me the purchaser and gift giver feeling cheap. Last time we use their services and I would encourage others to look elsewhere. .

There is a glitch on the website whereby the image of the product shown is different to the one actually being ordered, so I inadvertently ordered the wrong product - I was going my the image. I have been trying to get a refund for the past 2 weeks now with very poor communication. Today Diamond Heaven have finally agreed to asses my return but that I will be responsible for covering shipping costs and have not even confirmed that I am eligible for a return. This is incredibly disappointing. Be careful when ordering - if you receive an incorrect product you need to cover postage costs yourself and navigate their nightmare of a customer service. It's a shame as the product itself is lovely, just not what I ordered. I would recommend to shop with another retailer - there's loads of discount diamond stores out there that offer the exact same thing, at the same prices but with better customer service.

I purchased a pendant with chain because the chain was to short I purchased a longer on through the company, when the pendant arrived they had removed the 18inch and had fitted the one I purchased. I rang them asked for the Chain that should have been with the pendent to be sent as it was part of price paid. Three weeks on no chain so rang again to be told it had been posted to me, they could not tell me how it had been posted sign for special delivery the assistants answer was I could purchase another chain at a cost of £50 I have been a good customer over the last couple of years but now I will shop somewhere else with a company who will value my custom the one star is because there’s no zero rating

If ordering items to a deadline then I would strongly discourage using this company. 4 weeks on from ordering and When i pressed for answers on completion and delivery date just " sorry we can't give you a date" was the reply. Of course they are apologetic but that realy doesn't help at all. Terrible service Very poor service indeed

Paid £1700 for a ring was advised 2-3 weeks delivery time, 6 weeks has passed and I’m still waiting, no updates unless you email them, to then be told they will aim to dispatch end of the week which never happens, ridiculous customer service and lies about delivery and dispatch times, if your buying for a special occasions don’t use as it’s completely ruins the value of it

Ordered online - was given the impression I would have the ring within 4 weeks - heard nothing from them and proposal is next week. Phoned them only to be told they had no date for me and absolutely no sympathy or effort to help me resolve my problem! Worst day of my life :(

Not quite sure where to start with this one. Found a ring online that I liked which was great on the surface but the whole reality of the experience was another thing! I went into the store after working several years in sales and finance myself, wanting to be on the other side of the experience for once. I was quite excited. Going to the store was pointless the gentleman behind the desk was clueless and unhelpful with the whole process. But with it being such an emotional purchase I wanted it. So I went ahead with the purchase against my better discression. Four months later, after I've finally gotten over the awful process and instore experience, the dimond has come loose. We took if back to the store, reluctantly. And we've had it sent off for repair. We've now not had it back within the timescale agreed. Numerous failed call backs from staff and managers, and no update on the ring. With the retail high street going down the drain, you expect a certain level of customer service and a personal touch (especially with this type of purchase). With this company you get nothing, for a ring valued at £9,000 you dont even receive a bag to place the ring in! I recommend you look online folkes and avoid this store.

Really terrible customer service. Selected the interest free option to pay over 6 months for what was a major purchase for me. When I enquired as to when the payments would be starting I was informed that due to an administrative error I had no option other than to pay in full and was threatened with debt collectors if I failed to pay by a certain date. Due to the error I was given a 9% discount which I felt was pretty inadequate given the chain of events and the need for me to raid family savings to pay ahead of schedule.

We made an appointment to view rings and were advised to send in some examples of what we liked, which we did. When we arrived for our appointment the shop was extremely busy. We were just shown toa pull out drawer with some rings on. The assistant didn't have a clue what I had asked for in my emails. The emails had been replied to so they were aware of our requirements. There was nowhere to sit down even though we had prebooked an appointment. Wasn't very impressed at all with the whole outfit or the quality of the jewellery or the knowledge of the salesperson. Not professional when you are potentially spending thousands of pounds. Went elsewhere.

Since first ordering my engagement ring in approximately late May, I have finally got the ring I ordered, it arrived on the 1st October. I waited three weeks for the first incorrect ring to arrive which was the wrong size. I returned the ring (£8.50 recorded delivery) and received it back after 4 days. The resize itself was absolutely awful. It was extremely thin at the point of the resize and not central to the back of the ring making the ring an uneven shape. It was also visibly bumpy, the 'mirror finish' was not present and the rhodium playing was so thin the gold started to show through within 1 week. Once this happened I started thinking that I should send it back. Not wanting to be unreasonable I sought an experts eye and took the ring to two separate jewellers who were appalled by the workmanship. Satisfied that I wasn't mad I contacted 'Diamond Heaven' and received a very abrupt response - "did you not notice this when you first received the ring back? you've had it for two weeks now". I guess I was expecting something more along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service, how can I help you?". After replying with the reasons why we had waited two weeks to address the problem, I was simply offered a refund with no apology. I requested to speak to a senior member of staff who assured me that all rings were subject to quality control before being dispatched but offered to look at the ring and judge for herself. I sent the ring back again (£8.50 recorded delivery!). With no explanation, feedback on the ring or apology I was then again offered a refund or a new ring with my diamonds used in a new mount of the correct size! New ring please, correct size please. 4 weeks later another ring arrives. This one is a different ring design from the one I ordered with a different mount and the diamond is not set straight - it is visibly wonky!! Back to 'Diamond Heaven'. Offered another refund, no apology but on pointing this lack of service out, was offered a £50 refund. send ring number two back (£8.50 recorded delivery). Third ring on order and after a further 4 weeks it's finally arrived. It's the right size, the diamond is straight and it is more similar to the design of the original ring I ordered but still not quite the same! I am however now missing the diamond grading card and valuation certificate. Are they ALL asleep? Can I not have one interaction with them that doesn't need some correction? 'Diamond Heaven' continuously explain their long waiting times by saying that they do not want any ring to be compromised on quality. Unfortunately compromised quality is the only consistent service I have received from 'Diamond Heaven'. I give up now, this one will have to do. I can't deal with 'Diamond Heaven' anymore. Ridiculous company, ridiculous service and would definitely not recommend. Sad my engagement ring now has a negative story attached to it...
