“Diamond Heaven were spectacular at helping me craft the perfect engagement ring, my fiancée loves it. I booked an appointment at the London office and Coral was able to talk me through different styles and all the different cuts of diamonds along with the 4 C's. Their bespoke build a ring service was excellent. I went for a radiant cut diamond on a platinum setting with shoulder stones and a hidden Halo. They were able to create a CAD image to perfect the setting design on and then custom fit the setting to my chosen diamond. The whole process took around 3 months from first consultation to selecting the right parameters, it being custom made and then collection. Throughout the process, Coral was always available on Whatsapp to talk me through the progress. Great customer service, great quality and great price.”

“I have just been to Diamond Heaven in Birmingham. I met Sarah who was just so professional snd really took time to understand my requirements. She really give me her attention. I was just so taken back by her. In the end she helped make the rest get choice snd I totally happy. I am sure the rest of the staff are great but I will go back to Sarah as she was just so incredibly amazing - 100% satisfaction”

“From the moment I walked through the door, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They helped me choose the perfect Engagement Ring, and even rushed through the order so I could get it in time to take to Norway for the proposal! A turn around of just three days! These guys were absolutely incredible and I have them to thank for making my proposal as magical as it was. I would definitely shop here again.”

“Visited the Glasgow store in Princes Square. Katie the sales executive was absolutely fabulous! She went over and above helping us locate our special ring. Our experience was so good that we would recommend the Glasgow store to anyone looking for that special ring or any piece of jewellery. This is a jewellers that offers great value for money, great service whilst giving great advice. I can’t say enough about this store other than go in, you won’t be disappointed.”

“I searched several online suppliers of diamond engagement rings as I was looking for a very specific design of ring. There were a couple of options but without doubt the staff in the Cardiff branch of Diamond Heaven were by far the most helpful, professional and supportive in sourcing the exact ring l wanted for my fianceè to be. They found the perfect ring and in plenty of time to get it to me before my long weekend away when I had planned to propose. No other supplier came close to this level of service and support. I will definitely use Diamond Heaven to purchase the wedding rings next year. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“A big thank you to Diamond Heaven for the wonderful experience I had when choosing my ring. Before I’d even set foot in the store I’d had a fantastic experience online gaining all sorts of knowledge about the four c’s of Diamonds. I live in Northern Ireland and was heading over to Scotland for a break to see my family. So I made an appointment. I had my heart set on a trilogy ring but there were so many different styles that my head was spinning and that’s where Linda who works in the Glasgow store helped me choose the right one. Her patience and determination that I should find the right one for me was exemplary. I’m more than happy to recommend the quality of staff at Diamond Heaven to my friends and family. “I have to say the service we were given was outstanding a great education in helping find a suitable engagement ring for my fiancee We were a history on diamonds clarity style weight The lady name was Sue she was helpful from the moment we are arrived at shop in Birmingham To finding an engagement ring for My fiancee who was so happy with her engagement ring We had driven from London to Birmingham it was not a wasted trip We will be returning to order a wedding band Highly recommend thank you Sue”
