"Bought a Diamond Heaven engagement ring July 22. \r\n\r\nThe Diamond fell out of the ring around 18 months after purchase: didn\u2019t even last until the wedding. We had even had in checked over and cleaned in their London Store in July 2023 - no damage was found. After the Diamond had fallen out and was lost - Diamond Heaven said it was of normal industry quality and a Diamond falling out is \u2018wear and tear\u2019 - Laughable to think the Diamond fall out is just normal wear and tear. No apology was given. \r\nHad the ring checked over by an independent jeweller who said the clasps were too thin to secure the Diamond. Poor craftsmanship."
