“First class experience. I was looking to buy an engagement ring and had been checking websites, stores and friends' recommendations. I visited the Gold & Diamond Park but this was just a myriad of stores that felt as if they were going to sell you a bum deal. None of the stores stood out for any reason whatsoever. I had been looking at the Diana website and had found it the most user friendly site (and believe me, I have been checking websites for 6 months) I decided to read the testimonials and also checked on Tripadvisor. 75 excellent reviews out of 75 is a very good score in my.books, so I decided to pay them a visit. They are a little bit off the beaten track but still easy to get to, just past JLT. Once inside, I was greeted by Mona who spent a lot of time understanding my needs, advising on the best settings and stones for my girlfriend, whilst always staying within budget. She guided and advised rather than pushed which made me feel very comfortable. I have been involved in retail for over 20 years so I am very particular when it comes to service. After almost 2 hours I had made my choice and she talked me through the process. The workshop is on site so you feel more comfortable with the process. I was given realistic time frames and kept upto date throughout. The end product was even better than I imagined. For any guys out there looking for an engagement ring...forget the Gold & Diamind Park, Diana Jewellery is the place to visit. For any ladies out there looking to have a piece.of jewellery made...forget Gold & Fiamonf Park, Diana jewellery is the place to visit. My experience was first class and I will never go to another jewellers again. Thank you Mona & the Team for a wonderful experience!”

“An amazing experience from start to finish! On a trip to Dubai I wanted to propose and after extensive research online I found, Diana Jewellery. I visited the team and gave Mona the brief of what I was looking for, she soon had many options for me to choose from and explained in detail the four C’s when buying a diamond. After deciding what I wanted it was a quick turn around just in time for the proposal. The team cannot do enough to ensure everthing is perfect. The finished product was faultless and the standard is so high. I highly reccomend Diana and will be sure to return to them for our Wedding rings.”

“Excellent quality, value for money, advice, service and overall experience. Very transparent pricing and process using website. Mona patiently helped me select the perfect diamonds for my engagement ring and wedding band and showed me the GIA engraving on the stone. They offer brand name quality at more reasonable prices. “We would highly recommend Diana Jewellery they are a very attentive team who work very hard to give their customers what they want providing top quality services. My husband designed my ring with their team and it is pefect from the shape, setting and design. I designed my bands with Diana Jewellery and they made exactly what I wanted. They understand a variety of techniques and designs and their expertise/knowledge really shows. “Living in the United Kingdom I wanted to propose to my (now) Fiancé in dubai and whilst doing so, wanted to purchase the ring from there also. I had narrowed down to 2 designs of rings which I wanted to use as a baseline. I found Diana jewellery via Instagram and started communicating via email. From the start to finish they were externally helpful and offered an honest, consultative service advising me what is best for the design I wanted. Communication was always clear and concise and I never felt exposed to risk whilst making the commitment to buy from them without having met Mona in person. After showing my initial designs, the team at Diana jewellery sent me CAD drawings of exactly what I had discribed. Once I was happy with the drawings they started the fabrication process. Choosing the right engagement ring was important to me and I am grateful that this process was stress-free. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mona, Robert, and the team. I would highly recommend Diana Jewellery and would not hesitate to buy from them again.”
