“Please I emplore don't put an order through Dimprice as I would not like to see anyone else robbed of their hard earned money. Please see other reviews on this website and others to see they are breaching their contracts by not delivering and just taking peoples money. I am another disappointed customer paying £209.00 for a mobile phone for my son whos birthday was on the 28th, purchased phone on the 23rd January. Emailed customer support 3 times as phone shows in transit in the hub at the 31st January. No further movement to show it has reached the hub. No way of getting a response from customer service. 724EX is the logistics company and obviously are not professional enough to provide a good service either. This should have been delivered at the latest by the 30th January. From our experience we can not trust them. It is so easy to just let someone know what is happening to their order. The not knowing is the worst part. We have one very disappointed son now.”

“Purchased a Nintendo switch for my grandsons birthday, within 28 days it had developed a fault. I tried to contact the seller but they didn't reply to email address that was used to process the PayPal payment. When I did finally get an email through the correct customer support team, they denied my consumer rights and told me to contact Nintendo. I will not purchase from this company again.”

“Do not buy anything from this company!! I purchased an iPad & it was stolen from the USA. It is now with the police! Guess what pricelulu wouldn’t give me a refund!!”

“Item was sent even though messages were sent via email and WhatsApp to cancel shipment. Item arrived but I could not get any help or response to raise a free returns label as stated on the website. The website says click here to access returns label nothing happens. Company address on website does not match the map location, wonder if this was deliberate so the customer cannot return the item. When I returned the item, unopened, by special delivery and after almost 7 days I had WhatsApp message that I sent the item to the wrong address. 23 days have gone and no refund including the additional postage cost incurred by me. I will not use Pricelulu ever again and they are probably not concerned by this.”

“Very poor quality tablet camera has a fault comparing to my other one i brought from pc world. Not a huge deal as this is used for buisness purpose. I would reccomend you buy elsewere as the tablet i got doesnt seem to be a u.k version”

“Your customer service is non existent. A couple of times I have queried an order with no response, which in my book is unacceptable. I have purchased a couple of items from you with no problems, but returning customers emails seems a big issue.”

“Very bad I never received my parcel and I contacted pricelulu and no one is answering me or helping with this problem I have lost my money and not received my goods it was bad never in my life have a seen a website like this is a scam. No one to respond to my email I haven’t received my good and lost my money I been emailing them for the past 2weeks no response they keep sending me and automate emails but no one to speak to please out my experience they very bad do not shop on here. I never received my order this website is bad and lost my money”
