“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Brought the Samsung Pixel for £749. It never arrived, and now they are refusing to answer any communication. They have effectively stolen my money. Please don’t use this company, they’re crooks!”

“Keep well away from this company. I ordered a Samsung phone from the 15th November, got a message fairly quickly saying it was dispatched and then on the tracker it was in transit to the hub and its still there! After numerous emails from me they told me I could not have the green one I ordered but could have white. Still waiting for a response from them and a phone. They are still selling the green one in the site and it says it will arrive in 3 to 4 days. I did read very mixed reviews and took the gamble I would be one of the lucky ones. Avoid at all costs.”

“I placed an order without checking reviews first. Due to dreadful reviews I tried to cancel my order for Nintendo Switch as I cannot wait for a lengthy delivery, website says 3-4 days! After 3 days it has not even left their warehouse! No reply on their WhatsApp number, no reply to emails so if they send it out I will return. Reviews are saying they take 30% off the refund!! I have ordered elsewhere and am collating a case, lucking I paid by credit card but I'm sure it will be a lengthy process to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!”

“THEY ARE FRAUDS. Please dont purchase anything from this website. I have bought 2 phones from them for 2 different companies of mine and i am still being told apologies for delay. i believe they dont even have the phone on stock. Bad Customer service and Bad company”

“I have ordered an Iphone 14 pro max at 18th of November. Today it is 6th of December and it is stuck in the status of : 2022-11-27 / In transit in the hub / In transit Customer service is replying with "Sorry, gas prices" and the cargo company is not even real. No way to contact and the website has a lot of flaws that prove that they are not real. I am super worried about my money. I hope that this was not a fraud. I am going for a vacation this weekend and I wanted a new phone to take good videos with it. Next monday I will start the process with my credit card if I still don't have the item.”

“Am 16. Nov bestellt. Am 05. Dez. Status seit 23. Nov noch immer in Transit. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage immer die selben Antworten in den fühen Morgenstunden (was nahelegt dass der Support in den asiatischen Raum ausgelagert ist - niemad abeitet in UK um 3 uhr morgens). Sorry, Gaskrise, Streik... Keine Möglichkeit mit dem Logistikunternehmen, 724EX, in Kotakt zu treten. Ich kann nur abraten. Ich habe wieder gelernt - der Preis alleine ist nicht alles.”

“Wishing I'd read these reviews before purchasing! Ordered a Nintendo Switch, the packaging arrived damaged, no instructions and says it is a Hong Kong version which has limitations. Although slightly cheaper than UK stores not massively. Have been requesting a refund ...... has been 7 days and I still haven't received a return address. Really poor customer service. Considering reporting to trading standards.”

“Well l bought a iPad of dimprice it looked as if it went through but then they emailed me and said that there was a big problem pleas get in contact about it . Well l have emailed them 3 times telling them that l had put in the correct details of my name and address plus correct credit car details so l can't understand what is the problem. I would not recommend to deal with them. Warning.”

“SCAM, SCAM beware do not order from them. I ordered some sony earphones which came unsealed. When I asked to return them they refused and claimed I unsealed them myself! Incredible. Reported to trading standards and also taking legal action.”

“I purchased a mobile from Dimprice on Aug 18th, 22, till today date 30-8-22, and despite everyday follow ups, I have not received the device yet. This is my first time dealing with such company. I will not repeat dealing with this company nor do I recommend.”

“I haver ordered a Samsung 22+. Good price, however, waiting for 2 weeks and nothing happens! They managed to send the phone with DPD somewhere to wrong address and blaming me!!! Super poor customer service, avoid!!!”

“Disgusting.. I read the reviews and took the chance like you probably will. (Don't) I ordered new phone and paid for it. 3 days later I emailed asking when delivery might be.. They replied.... Don't worry Craig everything is fine and phone will be any day. Following day I got an email cancellation of the deal. (no reason after 5days ordered) I looked on their website to see if phone was still available and yes it was for £280 more than I previously paid. I kept emailing them for reasons and eventually they lied by saying logistics. They should of honoured our deal Disgusting.. You only get a cut and paste message reply from what's app... A email reply takes 24hrs in middle of night from China.. No phone number to call for customer service.. SLY. SLY SLY...”

“Fake samsung S21. Not sealed or covered . Fake or used product. Shipped from hongkong . Fake UK number and UK address. When you want to return product they don’t accept that. Avoid . Promise they are fake”

“Exactly the same as previous customer...quote...“Purchased a Samsung galaxy Tab 7, the screen failed, called Samsung UK to fix under warranty and they informed me dimprice have sold me a product that has no warranty with Samsung UK as it has been imported. dimprice are not authorised by Samsung to sell their products. Avoid dimprice at all costs they are a scam company......cant get through to customer service...wont even contemplate anything after 28 day refund period....DO NOT BUY FROM DIMPRICE...”

“Purchased a Samsung galaxy Tab 7, the screen failed, called Samsung UK to fix under warranty and they informed me dimprice have sold me a product that has no warranty with Samsung UK as it has been imported. dimprice are not authorised by Samsung to sell their products. Dimprice then refused to honour the warranty under their own 12-month warranty scheme. The warranty scheme from dimprice is advertised on their website at point of sale. Dimprice tried to charge me £60 even to have a look at it. Avoid dimprice at all costs they are a scam company”
