“Very disappointing. Paid for next day delivery as I had a race and it didn't even get posted! Had to phone to chase them to get it sent by which time I had already raced having to make do.
Also, on the email inviting me to review their service, there is a 10% discount code as an incentive, very kind.....sadly it expired over 3 months ago. I feel their organisational skills need fine tuning.”

“I have no complaint with the product or the overall delivery time, but I was emailed telling me that my order would be delivered on a specific day and that i could find a specific one hour delivery slot - the order did not arrive and the delivery slot information was never available. So I wrote to you on 3 separate occasions but did not receive even the courtesy of a reply or an apology. Very poor customer service indeed.”
