I've Just had the fire fitted yesterday and I'm delighted with the quality. By far the cheapest price for the same goods at no compromise to service. When I phoned the store for some information I was immediately put at ease, had all my questions answered satisfactorily, and confidently proceeded with my on-line order. On Monday I was given a courtesy call to confirm delivery for Tuesday.

We contacted somebody from customer services who was very helpful and arranged for the faulty fire to be collected and a replacement sent out. Although we were disappointed with the initial delivery the fire was collected and a new one delivered within 3 days.
