“The only hitch we had in our order was because our shipping and billing addresses were different and this caused our order to land in some sort of ignored queue, which caused our shipping to be delayed by a number of days. However, you were kind enough to refund the amount I paid for priority shipping.”

“We placed multiple orders with Discount PC and have been very pleased with the entire process. Easy to communicate with the sales staff who were very patient when explaining the various options and upgrades. Product was packed well and shipping on time. Needed a few support questions answered and once again the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and we will be a repeat customer as our business expands”

“Order was missing required power adapter (All-in-One, 180W). Easy to request one, but put project a week behind waiting for delivery of something that should not have been missed during packaging.”

“On August 28th I ordered a dell precision t3600 tower that was supposed to come with the e5 1650 six core processor and the Nvidia quadro 4000 graphics card. After waiting three weeks I receive the tower and it has a e5 1607 quad core and Radeon 7000 series graphics card.”

“I have worked with April on a couple of orders from Discount PC and my experience has been great. She has managed to find the specs I requested at a very good price point and with a good warranty to boot! Delivery was much faster than I would have expected. That is compared to other vendors I have used in the past. I will continue to use Discount PC. Great Experience!”

“I called them with little knowledge on PC's. And specs. And I gave them what specs I was told I needed along with the price range and they hooked me right up no problem. Very nice people to deal with and very good at what they do. I will be back for a gaming desktop”

“First rate company! Purchased a second computer from Discount; had a minor problem with product activation key; Discount paid for shipping both ways and had the computer returned to me within one day. Try finding that sort of service in any other American company. Very satisfied customer!”
