“On August 28th I ordered a dell precision t3600 tower that was supposed to come with the e5 1650 six core processor and the Nvidia quadro 4000 graphics card. After waiting three weeks I receive the tower and it has a e5 1607 quad core and Radeon 7000 series graphics card.”
