“I'm a grandma who was trying to buy a starter gaming pc for my soon to be 12 yr old grandson. Our experience with Discount PC was exceptional. In my my grandson words about the computer system, I like it. Maybe better fans would be great, whatever that mean. Text from Grandson --------Oh and Gma can you tell him thankyou for me. So, thankyou Discount PC. I have another grandson turning 14 very soon. You will hear from me again. Thanks for making this a great B Day. As he said, I'm Appreciating it. PS -We did have to buy a wifi plugin to be able to get on wifi. Many Thanks. Gma.”

“Cuando compre, no me fije que no venía incluida el WebCam y es complicado pedir que venga incluida en los próximos pedidos. Además, que el Win10 que ofrecen tiene muy malas reseñas. Por lo demás, el equipo me llego en muy buenas condiciones.”

“I am happy with the system I received. April was great figuring out what system would work best for me. The stand for the monitor was not 100% but not bad enough to exchange. I would use you again and would recommend to others.”

“I've used Discount PC for years, it's a good alternative to buying outright new machines - most of the time you don't need the latest and greatest, especially if you're just setting up workstations. I've had a couple hiccups here and there, but they always came through and made things right.”

“The only hitch we had in our order was because our shipping and billing addresses were different and this caused our order to land in some sort of ignored queue, which caused our shipping to be delayed by a number of days. However, you were kind enough to refund the amount I paid for priority shipping.”

“overall, I guess the computer is a good buy, but the battery will not stay charged even charging it over night. The battery should be replaced for me at no cox\st to me. The computer WAS delivered in a timely manner, though.”

“DiscountPC has made a very good impression on us. Had to work out some logistic kinks in the beginning but they were on point! I would recommend them to anyone who is on a budget and looking for quality product. Great customer service and a wonderful willingness to help. Two Thumbs up!”

“Product came shipped, in amazing packaging. Monitor functions almost flawlessly (there are a couple scan lines on one side), and came with both power and VGA. Speedy delivery and good selection.”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, however the one they sent us didn't charge up. I sent them an e-mail the next morning, they were very quick to respond and we're generous enough to send us a new one with overnight shipping that worked. Hardly ever see many companies with that great of customer service. Thanks!Ê”
