“Bad bad.... computer came without cables!!!! I Send like 5 emails but days after that still no answer, am about to return the product.... its completly useless without cables!!!!!!!”

“Delivery was quick. Hardware solid. I had trouble installing some antivirus software that was part of the bundle, but DiscountPC jumped right in and worked with me to make it right. Thank You!”

“The laptop came in a timely manner and I am happy with both the price and results. My one complaint was that there was not an invoice in the package which itemized the purchase.”

“We have been working with DiscountPC for close to a year now and we are quite pleased with the relationship. “I am a business owner and have a need for a very specific type of computer to work in the field. After contacting Glenn at Discount PC and explaining what I needed he promptly contacted me with what I needed and provided a quick and painless transaction. I did have a problem with one of the extended life batteries I ordered and after contacting Glenn, another was sent out at no charge. I would definitely recommend Discount PC to anyone looking to save a little money when ordering a PC.”

“overall, I guess the computer is a good buy, but the battery will not stay charged even charging it over night. The battery should be replaced for me at no cox\st to me. The computer WAS delivered in a timely manner, though.”
