“Error with payment in EUR (had to convert to GBP online to pay!) resulted in email being sent to me stating that because I had failed to pay in EUR, my order had to be cancelled and replaced. Whole experience was unnecessarily complicated, had to complete a bank transfer for the given amount after thinking I had successfully placed my order. Inconvenient but staff apologised.”

While I admit it is not helpful to have out of stock items, we did make yourself aware of this as soon as you placed your order and even sent an alternative item. We have tried to contact yourself since to resolve future issues and had no response. Communication needs to be a two way process.

“Usually ok to deal with but last order was placed online and due to “system errors” no one knew there was an order till I called almost a week later looking for it. Not ideal when trying to run a business.”
