“I have been using Disposable Medical Instruments Ltd for many years. The quality of the scissors is exceptional. This time however the delay in delivery let them down. From ordering it took over a month to receive my full order. Three different deliveries before my order was complete. Customer service were always very friendly and helpful. Can I recommend asking the couriers to leave a card as to where orders have been left when clients aren't at home . The past two have been left with neighbours and I had absolutely no idea. It's kind for people to accept them but unfair to expect them to bring them to me.”

“Always quick to deliver though recently I have come across faulty ingrown nippers so Im disapointed with the quality”

“The products arrived fine, but were packaged with an order from another company which was confusing. Also UPS didn't send me a message to say it had arrived at the drop off point so I didn't know when to pick it up.”
