Our goal is to provide the best service possible as a small family business, and we are surprised to learn we fell short of your expectations after offering you a discount to match the prices you had seen on other stores including a free miniature bottle with your next order. We put forth our upmost effort to address concerns and work towards a resolution that suits each customer. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, as in this case quite significant brand price increases makes us unable to compete with other retailers holding older stock. We pride ourselves on trying our best to offer the best service we can and it is very disappointing you choose to leave this review rather than answer our emails trying to solve the matter.
