“The web site was well laid out and easy to navigate. The choice of spirits was wide and some were unusual. All spirits had a good description and the ordering process was well thought out and easy to navigate. The order was delivered within 48 hours and there was good predelivery communication, including a one hour delivery time slot identified, which was kept. The item was well packed and as described.”
