PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
Supposedly you are paying for 30 days support. You will not get any support at all. I have tried for 2 weeks to get help in correcting my last name. Even though it says I can get telephone support, no one would return my phone calls.
8 email requests (begging for help) and 6 phone requests no one would help me. Now after over 2 weeks their last reply was "here is how you can apply for a refund"
Divorce is an emotional trauma as it is and they did nothing to help.”

“I have waited weeks for my paperwork to get filed. Called for weeks and get a different story every time. It has taken 3 weeks for shipping labels. They have my money and I can not get divorced. I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me. I am angry. I want my money and I want my divorce. This should have been an easy process and now it has turned into my nightmare. Plus, they promised me a credit back and I have seen nothing! Horrible service.”
“Canceled my membership in July and they continued taking 39.99 from my savings account every month up until I realized in December. I only deposit $80 per month so that’s half my emergency fund money. Sent multiple messages. They ignored every detailed point in my email and would only issue an 8.99 refund after canceling. I would’ve recommended this company before hand, as the service was exactly what I needed. However I lost about $170 when I needed it most for rent and they offered no help. I, happily, paid several months before my cancellation in July. Refunding me for the last few months should not be this much of an issue”

“Rather than answer my questions, they were much more interested in trying to upsell me to the premium service. I finally caved and paid the extra money, and then suddenly I could barely reach them anymore.
I told them several times that I wasn't sure if my ex would contest the divorce or not, they assured me it wasn't a problem (a flat lie, I can't proceed in the forms without a great deal of information that only my ex-wife has, and won't share)
They also indicated that the premium service was a one-time payment that would take care of everything. It's not, its a subscription. Total scam.”

“As I tried to get my simple questions about the process answered, all they were concerned about was telling me about the premium package. They reached out to me multiple times about that and eventually I caved and just paid the upgrade.
Immediately afterward, they became much harder to reach. I called 5 times over the course of a week and never heard back, never got those questions answered and had to go with a different service altogether. I feel scammed.”
“They printed the papers wrong. I am the one filing and they had me as the defendant. What a waste of money. The lady at the courthouse gave me a packet for free. Don't waste your money. Go to your local courthouse to get necessary forms.”
“No customer service. Didn’t even get my name right when I asked for help. No response to issues. They are the worst. Just hire a lawyer and be done with it. I will be going to the BBB”
“BIG SCAM!!!!! They charge your card before anything is even done on your behalf and the customer service is horrible. Once I explained I was charged prematurely the agent got upset I requested a refund a disconnected the call. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED”
