“Worklight Modul 70 H9 1G0996176-131 by Hella Sku HellaLight-1G0996176-131 Lamp shown has bulb fitting with socket facing downwards. Lamp delivered has bulb socket facing upwards and therefore likely to collect water and mud, not to mention cable not long enough to reach the bulb. Thought it was my fault so adapted to fit, but now realise ( too late) that the fault was yours. NOT happy!”

“Really furious. Ordered an air filter for a 1986 Renault 4 and I trusted the website product search functionality would help me ensure I purchased the correct one. Of course, it turned up and it was completely the wrong size. Absolutely useless. I don't have time or energy to send it back so I'm stuck with it and now have to find the correct one elsewhere. For me the experience a total waste of time and money. I'll avoid DIY Car site in future.”

“This is my first time but never again. I order a fuel filter valve clip on Sunday and selected a 2-3 day delivery as traveling on Friday. It's still to arrive while I order filters from autodoc and this arrived from Germany in 4days. Useless for a business that home based. Utterly useless.”

“Order 2 items. Took about 4 days to dispatch. Received the items. Unbelievably poor quality and scratched up really bad. Supposed to be brand new. Waste of time and waste of money. Emailed to complain and never heard anything back. Joke of a service, joke of a company. Wouldn't ever use again.”
