“What a waste of time! My 4x4 on ramp, ordered 5ltrs of transmission oil, even called beforehand to be 100% sure and 12 days after nothing came! Called a whole day no on answered! Email only to get an answer, this part is obsolete!! Do you want the money back!??? What! So, if I hadn’t called, l wouldn't of got my £50 back! Waste of time & bad customer support!”

“THE OIL FILTER WAS THE WRONG FIT EVEN THOUGH THE CORRECT REG WAS ENTERED!”

“I bought spark plugs and oil filter. Both came un unsealed boxes. The oil filter was stained and clearly smelled of car oil, I was very dissapointed and upset by my first and only experience with your company. This has definitely put me off making any further purchases.”

“Delivered a faulty spanner, too narrow between the jaws, It happens. However after sending pictures as a 'gesture of goodwill' they refunded the cost of the spanner, no postage! Also said they had measured all the other 13mm spanners on the shelf and they all measured 13.00mm between the jaws. I don't think they realise that a 13mm spanner should be slightly larger than 13mm, it's called a tolerance! So I take that as a blatant lie! Now they are not replying to any emails from me!”

“Order placed on 19Jun24 11:34 (#353879) using 10 min mails - hate spam! The system accepted the order but couldn’t finish registration process with the same email. Yet I received order confirmation e-mailed. Called Friday 20Jun24, to hear: We have only the spark plugs, the rest of the parts are with vendors, will call to check… Asked the question if I am going to have them on Monday 24Jun24, no definitive answer! Called Tuesday 25Jun24 9:14 am to hear: I have to check will call back… And after 10 min - The vendor will get the filter on Friday, would you like to split the order? I gave the lady a choice to have my order refunded £63,32 or my parts (without the filter obviously) tomorrow-26Jun24. Her words were: you’ll get all but the filter tomorrow! 27Jun24. On Wednesday 27Jun24 16:23 called again to ask where my order/refund is, To hear the system has it recorded as posted Today, as it was too late to ship yesterday!?!? She was about to check with the person in charge… Heard nothing after!!! Monday 10 AM post delivery from DIYCarparts…Explained to the postman the situation he marked it as refused on the street! I got partial refund Tuesday 2n July. Summary, TimeWasters, far from professional and serve to customer pure lies even after they knew, they messed up! I will not recommend, No matter who sees what! Date of experience: 19 June 2024”

“I received the delivery in good time however Will not use this company again however as the parts inside the box were different to the model ordered and different to the part that the box details indicated. They had clearly been swapped at some point either a previous return or something else”
