Ordered 2 oil filers, only had one in stock. Refunded for other so now have to find it elsewhere. Has cost me extra p&p.

Correct part, but paid for the 24h RM delivery, the order was processed the same day of purchase but wasn't dispatched until 3 days after

Parcel dispatched one day later than promised at the time of ordering. Sparkplugs were not secured in the parcel and two of them had left their boxes and were going around inside the parcel at delivery

After ordering the product, I didn't receive any shipping notification for over a week. When I contacted them, they told me that the product hadn't been delivered. It's disappointing that they didn't contact me sooner.

I have used your company several times and usually had very good service from DIYCARSERVICEPARTS. However, my latest order (Inv no 1459992) for a set of spark plugs was shipped First Class in the morning of Monday 13th November but not received until Friday 17th. In addition, the tracking number supplied was invalid. My previous order (Inv no 1459020) arrived within 48hrs with a valid tracking number. Rgds, Bob Sime.

Order has just arrived Saturday 10th June. Looks like wrong lights were ordered, didn't read your website properly, put in registerion number for my car, right car came up and car interior lights up popped hella lights assumed that they were the right ones for my car but I was wrong. Checked your website again and it was the wrong numbers .

Unfortunately, the exhaust as supplied was not as shown in the photo on eBay - it was supplied in two parts plus a connecting tube and clamps. The front section did not fit to the vehicle so my garage had to improvise by cutting and reusing the old pipe front part. This increased the labour costs and is unacceptable.

Not sure if I'll order again - the website said despatch is usually same day, but it was several days. Wrong item sent - I selected parts filtered to my vehicle, but the air filter that arrived is not correct. I've asked for the right one but communication is very slow so I've now ordered from elsewhere and have an air filter I've wasted money on. I also emailed asking for a 4th glow plug - only 3 were available to buy at time of order. They finally replied but after my order had been sent, saying they had more but would be a higher price. I would've happily paid a bit extra to end up with 4 glow plugs rather than 3 but it was too late to add it to the order. They seem quite unorganised.

Greta products at a cheap price. Unfortunately the missed one of the two windscreen wipers that I ordered. My email regarding this was then ignored meaning I had to call. When I did call, however, the issue was resolved very easily and a new one sent straight out.
