“I ordered a Hella lamp and only received the lens. I consider the word lamp to include the back and internal light fittings. Others include all yours didn't.”

“my experience with this store is moderate. when I made the purchase, I chose delivery 2-3 day and I received it after 3 weeks. and attempts to contact the customer service office remained unanswered and I was already nervous that it was a fake company but finally the package arrived. now I am satisfied and the car parts are of good quality”

“Disappointed that web site said part was in stock to be dispatched next day however when I called for an update I was told it would be 5 days before it would be shipped. Wish website was more up-to-date.”

“These people trade under several names. Parts out of stock with one name may be in stock with another name. This means you may get half your order from one name and the other from another so you pay postage twice despite them having the same return address and invoice address.”

“The service was very good but the item I ordered for my VW Golf wasn't the right size I needed. The description of the screw looked like it was the right one but the thread was different to the one I have and needed to replicate. If you can supply me with the correct size then it would be much appreciated. I can return the screws that don't fit. I have attached a picture of the screws in question. My screw is on the left and the supplied screw on the right. Alan Thomson”
