“Ordered two items shown as in stock and would be delivered in two days but nothing arrived. It appears one item was not in stock at all, I received one item at ny request, no sign if the other one. Customer service ok ince contacted but no proactive contact, not really that impressed, could have bought from Dubai faster!”

“Wrong part sent, I asked for right part to be sent and a return to be organised. Return sorted, but had to email again about replacement, only to be told that part out of stock and I had to wait until you received wrong part before refund. It wasn't my fault you sent wrong part, why should I wait”

“Parts delivered just wrapped in plastic all boxes damaged. Wrong air filter sent took 2 emails to customer services to even get a reply on return, replacement, refund. Although return was FOC see how long refund takes. Better off using Halfords or your local motor factor.”

“Had to wait 10days for my order to arrive. Sent them an email to chase it up and didn’t receive a reply. Just happened to arrive same day I sent email. Nevertheless still expected a message back. Haven’t opened parcel yet so hopefully all as ok. Maybe they are a good company but this is my experience so far.”

“Purchased a 10mm x 1mm pitch have used it once and am very disappointed with the sharpness of this item have tried two different cutting fluids and it has made no difference, just believe it’s of poor quality steel it’s made off. Very Dissatisfied”
