“I am sure i put my reg No in so as to get the right part, for my van Renault Traffic, but when it arrived its for a Renault Espace IV, so not happy, I have been busy and have forgotten to send it back my fault”

“Unfortunately even by supplying my car details- this aerial doesn’t fit the existing screw connection. Therefore no good unless there is some sort of screw adapter to connect both.”

“Part took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive and no or little communication. Website was also under construction or having issues. Delivery confirmation was from a different named company. All very confusing. Probably won’t use again after such a first poor experience”

“I was surprised to see both pairs of parts have come from completely different manufacturing sources, all 4 parts were boxed in new intermotor boxes but clearly are not recently made parts. One rotor arm has a vital square mounting post broken off. But since they arrived quickly and were not expensive I can't be bothered to formally complain. Will probably use this company again.”
