“Initially my order was inadvertently overlooked but in response to a follow up inquiry the team went into overdrive to resolve the problem and my part is now on its way to me in Australia. Sue from The Green Sparkplug Company was the spearhead of the trouble shooting team and her diligence was absolutely first class. No doubt she will be named as "the employee of the year" at this year's Xmas party and will receive an extra bonus in her pay packet. My appreciation and thanks to all involved.”
