Very odd this wasn't checked before sending out.
Tried emailing several times which just gets ignored.can never get them on the phone.

Thank you for the kind review. A BBC news article has come out explaining how someone committed fraud to place an order. Unfortunately the other reviewers seem to have neglected to read that part! Further, the age verified courier we use, and / or the collection point appears to have failed to do their job.
We all know that normal people won't hurt other people with knives. As they're tools. Sadly, there are always a few that will use something to hurt someone else. Be that a knife, or a hammer, a baseball bat or a crowbar. People always scream about knives because we're an easy target. Still.

“This company should be closed down immediately. It facilitated death in our streets and supplies children so they can kill and wound. I know there will be the apologists who make excuses but there is no need to have these knives and certainly no need to sell these to children. Disgusting.”
“Absolutely shocking. I ordered a set of three knives from them on a Friday before the a bank holiday. I paid extra for fast delivery assuming it would arrive on the Wednesday or Thursday, only to get an email on Tuesday asking for ID (obviously meaning they hadn't sent it yet!!) I was not aware they were going to check my ID via an "electoral website". After asking them to change the delivery address as I was only there for a week (the main reason I wanted them fast) and to refund the fast delivery difference they took it upon themselves to give me a full refund and not send the item. The whole thing was managed very unprofessionally and to be honest felt like I was talking to a child who'd thrown there toys out the pram! Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them.”

“I've now made several purchase orders from DNA leisure All containing cold steel products and I have to say they are the best supplier of these type of products in the UK , cheaper on post and all genuine products no fakes whatsoever, also my recent order arrived in northern Ireland in less than 24 hours , which is fantastic we normally wait around 3 days over here , their pricing is the best, i know I've spent hours searching the internet and they. I called them directly and they were able to resolve my issue almost instantly and even though it was after their cut-off time for same day dispatch my item was sent out. I left a review of a product I purchased "£15 Mystery Box" and it said that it will be reviewed by administration, it has been 48 hours and has not been accepted. It seems I cant find any reviews that are below 4 stars on there site, but I have no problems finding negative reviews elsewhere (like this site).
I personally would stay away from this site. Also my review just said that I don't think the mystery box was worth it, as the total cost including shipping was £19.95 and the total cost of the knives i received where £19.90 and they say "You could receive 1 item or several items valued above the price of the selection."”
