Thank you for the kind review. A BBC news article has come out explaining how someone committed fraud to place an order. Unfortunately the other reviewers seem to have neglected to read that part! Further, the age verified courier we use, and / or the collection point appears to have failed to do their job.
We all know that normal people won't hurt other people with knives. As they're tools. Sadly, there are always a few that will use something to hurt someone else. Be that a knife, or a hammer, a baseball bat or a crowbar. People always scream about knives because we're an easy target. Still.

“Absolutely shocking. I ordered a set of three knives from them on a Friday before the a bank holiday. I paid extra for fast delivery assuming it would arrive on the Wednesday or Thursday, only to get an email on Tuesday asking for ID (obviously meaning they hadn't sent it yet!!) I was not aware they were going to check my ID via an "electoral website". After asking them to change the delivery address as I was only there for a week (the main reason I wanted them fast) and to refund the fast delivery difference they took it upon themselves to give me a full refund and not send the item. The whole thing was managed very unprofessionally and to be honest felt like I was talking to a child who'd thrown there toys out the pram! Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from them.”
