Ordered a Civivi of the spec I wanted and recieved a knife of the same make and model but was £25 quid cheaper.
Have opened a case with the bank due to incorrect item being received.”

Ignored 3 written attempts at contact regarding order. Started a PayPal dispute with them, and hadn't the decency or professionalism to respond to that either.

“I've now made several purchase orders from DNA leisure All containing cold steel products and I have to say they are the best supplier of these type of products in the UK , cheaper on post and all genuine products no fakes whatsoever, also my recent order arrived in northern Ireland in less than 24 hours , which is fantastic we normally wait around 3 days over here , their pricing is the best, i know I've spent hours searching the internet and they. Stock better products than say the three other main knife suppliers that don't stock ti-lites etc , I'm a collector so I only buy these knives for their oddity value and it's great to be able to get good quality knives and camping gear , all in all 5 stars and thank you very much to everyone at DNA LEISURE credit where due I shall continue to use your company from now on”

I called them directly and they were able to resolve my issue almost instantly and even though it was after their cut-off time for same day dispatch my item was sent out. They have a great inventory and the staff are more than happy to go the extra mile to help. I'll definitely be buying from DNA Leisure again.”

I left a review of a product I purchased "£15 Mystery Box" and it said that it will be reviewed by administration, it has been 48 hours and has not been accepted. It seems I cant find any reviews that are below 4 stars on there site, but I have no problems finding negative reviews elsewhere (like this site).
I personally would stay away from this site. Also my review just said that I don't think the mystery box was worth it, as the total cost including shipping was £19.95 and the total cost of the knives i received where £19.90 and they say "You could receive 1 item or several items valued above the price of the selection."”

“Their prices are just about the lowest I've found, they answer queries promptly, all age checks are done first (I see this as a massive plus as opposed to whiners!) and once your verified its done. Orders arrive extremely quickly and are well packages and sent Royal Mail signed. I like em so much I keep coming back for more!”

“Its a scam. Ignore the generic star reviews. Ordered a knife, got no confirmation or update. When i contacted them days later, they said they couldn't find me on electoral role (which I'm on) and they need my id. Still haven't received anything after suppling id. Avoid this place”
“Asked for ID and provided it straight away. 2 days later and no response to my emails and no change to order status. Paid for express delivery and not even a reply never mind shipped. I’d take a refund if it’s going to be like this but how if they won’t reply! I’d avoid”
