“I was very satisfied and happy with the service provided. I never had to chase and Denise was very pro-active. I would have given 10/10 for everything . It was just the wrong in-putting of my phone number that made that point 9/10. That was also handled professionally and with a personal apology.”

“When your son has been to court 6 times on same charge and it gets switched from magistrates to Crown then back and then they shove a barrister and clerk in that were useless because the soliciitor is on holiday, I think as his mum I would have been a better defence”
