“Thank you so much for your guidance on the day. I was sure I didn't need a solicitor as I knew this was undoubtedly not needed due to the other guy making a massive story. However I accepted and understood PCMS advice was purely for my own help. Kate was amazing and after her advice it was necessary! “Belinda & Patsy were excellent throughout & very thorough. Saved us substantial amount by completing ahead of SDLT change deadlines. As an aside, my son is still in the house as none of the buyers & sellers in his chain have used a firm as good as Dodds!! Might have a vacant house by 14/11 :)”
