“After the death of my mother, and some 2 months of hesitation in agreeing a Probate firm to deal with the matter, we instructed Susan Fletcher of Dodds. From the word go, she gave us great confidence in the scope of her professionalism and, aware of the reduced time-scale within which to operate, pulled out all the stops to apply for probate and take care of HMRC. Throughout the entire process, Susan was very easy to deal with, explained everything with great care and was so reassuring. We cannot thank her enough for dealing with the matter so efficiently.”
