SCAM ALERT!!!! Dishonest and unethical subscription!! Customer service is a joke. Reached out within minutes of being charged for a subscription I did not enroll in, and cannot get anyone to provide refund. SCAM!!!!!!!!

DOFASTING Very DISAPPOINTING, DISHONEST, WITH A VERY BAD CUSTO.ER SERVICE COMPANY.. PLEASE STAY AWAY from DOFASTING. THEY WILL GRAB YOUR MONEY UNLAWFULLY AND NEVER REFUND. I had 7 days introductory offer from DOFASTING for $1US on Feb 14th 2024. For the period of FEBRUARY 14-21,2024. It did not offer much for me so I cancelled on FEBRUARY 21st, 2024. DDOFASTING WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED ME FOR 3 MONTHS $79US On FEBRUARY 21ST,2024. I got intouch with them many many times by phone & writing THEY REFUSED to refund the UNLAWFUL charge. Later they did not respond. They SNATCHED my $79US

Dishonest company. Do Fasting customer service is careless and absolutely useless. They don't read correspondence and do not process refund even if you request it within allowable 14 days. If you try to point out their mistake and submit copies of correspondence, they just ignore your email.

Very bad customer service: they do not read correspondence neither submitted on their website or by e-mail. I requested a refund withing allowable 14 day period, but I never received it and nobody responded to my multiple inquiries.

Complete trickery! Only browsed and contemplated joining but before I knew it money sucked out of my account and still no access to the app! “Support Carol” was no assistance and quite rude. DO yourself a favour and scroll away from this app

Not as advertised. Free trial was difficult to cancel and the company kept charging me a substantial monthly fee.

Extremely frustrating! Long email conversation ending with 'we a re sorry, we will do nothing'!! No interest in the user actually! I was charged for a cancelled subscription and after a very long back-and-forth conversation i am told, sorry, because you did not complain sooner, you have to deal with it. I did not use the app because there was no value to me. But i paid and nobody cares!

Waste of time. Ineffective. Terms and conditions scandalous. Stop using within two weeks and forgot about it. Then charged for a further 6 months without notification. Would not recommend. Glorified expensive diary marketing on people desperate to lose weight clutching onto any solution.

If you are looking for tracking your eating, this is not the app for you. I promise it is frustrating and they know the issues. They just won’t fix them.

This app is lacking so much! Glorified alarm clock. Bar code scanning would be a great place to start.

Really poor service. This is just a generic app. I accidentally signed up, and they have been impossible to cancel. I huge hassle, and rude.

THE APP IS SO UNSTABLE THAT IT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME. I HAVE TRIED FOR DAYS TO USE THIS WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. CHANGED PASSWORDS MULTIPLE TIMES BUT CANT USE THE APP. IF YOU HAVE ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN CONNECTIONS THE APP CRASHES AND WILL CONTINUE TO FAIL. WASTE OF TIME

Dofasting is ok if all you are using it for is a timer, a feature most phones have built-in. I had difficulties canceling during the trial period and was given the run around, then told I was outside the 14 days after days of emails, demands for bank statements to prove I paid for the app, etc, so buyer beware. The food tracking app is very underdeveloped. Many free calorie trackers do a better job with less work on the user's part. I can go on but long story short. I do NOT recommend.
