“I've been with DoFasting the better part of a year now and have lost 40 lbs. I was on it for awhile and then thought, "I can take what I've learned and keep going. I don't need the app anymore." Not so - at least not for me. Over time, I gained back 10 of what I had lost. I signed back up and lost those 10 and more since. I have 20 more to reach my goal. There are things I would change about customer service regarding corresponding with them, but that is something I don't have a regular need for. No weight loss program is right for every person. I've looked at other programs, and for me, this is the right one. I especially like their appetite suppressant. With it, I can close my eating window earlier. I drink one packet before I go to bed, and I'm good all night. That reminds me, I'm running low & need to order more. I hope they still have the strawberry flavor.”

“The customer service with DF is amazing! While I decided I could not move forward with the program right now, when I contacted the company they were very gracious and prompt in helping me cancel my subscription. Everything was explained to me in a friendly way. I know that when the time is right for me, I will sign up for the program. Nothing but good things to say about them!”
