“I paid for next day delivery. The courier service delivering the item did not deliver it next day. It took more than a week for it to arrive and it still wasn’t delivered to the house had to rent a cab and go pick up the crate from the depot. The box was completely damaged that i picked up the item without a box. Definitely courier service parcelforce needs to be changed”
