“I had purchased a similar product off the internet 6 years ago which was great until our dog shed his collar recently. This product appeared from the photographs to be very similar and I therefore purchased two. However the tag did not stay on the collar long and although found and reapplied the first one has now been lost. We purchased a replacement collar at the same time and that has also come off a number of times so neither items are suitable. Our dog is a Labrador who spends a lot of time playing in the garden. These items seem more suited to more sedate dogs.”

“Arrived quickly but the nozzle on the Salmon oil was broken off, so the pump will not work, I will have to work out how much oil to give my dogs. I did email about this and sent a photo but No reply. Normally the service is very good but not this time.”
