“I ordered a rubber mat for our new puppies' dog crate and it arrived quickly which was good. However I have been unable to put the mat in the crate as it smells so terrible. I think my pups would die if they had to inhale the awful toxic stink, especially in an enclosed space. The mat has been outside in the garden for about a week in the cold, rain and sun but still smells horrendous. I am absolutely appalled that you would sell this toxic rubber for a puppy cage.”

Hi Andrea, My apologies your order is taking a little longer than expected to arrive. Once the postage supplement required was paid your order was dispatched with Parcel Force and is currently making its way to you in Northern Ireland. Hopefully it should arrive with you in the next 2 working days. My apologies again for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards.

“Very happy with Doggie Solutions. Ordering online was easy and my items arrived in perfect condition. Delivery time frame was good. Having already got Puppy Kongs, (bought elsewhere) I knew the product well, but I needed a couple more Kongs. Will definitely use Doggy Solutions again in the future.”
