“Delivery was not as Quick as I expected, my order was confirmed, but not despatch until well over a week after it was placed. Emails are given, so customers should be notified if there is a problem, or delay”

“This goes off in a closed room with no activity. However it doesn't activate when there is activity. Cannot stop the irritating barking notification so not useful when I need to be uninterrupted.”

“Items were promised within 5 days and took 10. Still awaiting one item. However products were as expected and are proving to be very effective in my war against moulting labrador!!!! Thank you”

“Items were shown in stock when ordered - after payment made we were then advised items were not in stock. Items then took over 10days to arrive. When they did come they were of good quality and as described.”
